At Galvan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
